Gretchen has extensive experience in training, corporate
communications, human resources, administration, outplacement/
career transition, customer service, and retail management. She has
been associated with corporations in manufacturing, health care,
pharmaceutical research and development, career transition, electronic
publishing, and retail operations. She holds a Masters in Human
Resource Management and has taught management and organizational
behavior at the graduate level.
Gretchen is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR),
through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) the
credentialing body of the Society for Human Resource Management
(SHRM). She also teaches the SHRM Learning System, which prepares
HR Professionals to sit for the SPHR and PHR certification exams.
